| Just a note that the next round of Resurgence Scheme Payments will open on 8 October 2021 via the IRD website (www.ird.govt.nz). You are eligible for this payment if you can show a drop in revenue of 30% or more in a 7 day period from 1 October until immediately before all NZ returns to level 1 when compared to a typical 7 day period in the 6 weeks before 17 August 2021. This drop needs to be due to any part of the country being at level 2. Again you will get the lesser of $1500.00 plus $400.00 per full time employee to a max of 50 employees or 4 times the actual revenue decline. This is available whether or not you have received the earlier rounds of the Resurgence Scheme Payments. I want to remind you that the wage subsidy has a different criteria. To receive this you need to show a 40% drop in revenue (actual or predicted) between 28 September and 11 October 2021. This drop in revenue must be due to Auckland or parts of the Waikato being in level 3. The current round closes on 14 October 2021.
